 Talk about amalgamation of partnership
   Abstract
      Amalgamation of partnership is very common in international accounting practice and we begin to introduce it into Chinese accounting practice. However, we have been defaulted to research such topic in Chinese Accounting theory and Standards. In order to introduce amalgamation of partnership into Chinese accouting practice, in this thesis I will hammer at defining how partnership amalgamate, what is the nature of a partnership, how to prepare accounts to record the formation of a parnership, and goodwill in partnership, finally partnership in China.
