企业动态联盟合作伙伴的评价与选择研究
摘   要
本论文主要通过对企业动态联盟合作伙伴的评价，建立综合评价指标体系，通过评价与分析选择出最优的合作伙伴进行动态联盟。
首先，对企业动态联盟合作伙伴进行概述以及分析了国内外的研究现状；其次，给出了动态联盟合作伙伴评价过程的四阶段模型以及评价体系的三个层次，说明了企业动态联盟合作伙伴的评价与选择过程；再次，阐述了动态联盟评价指标的确立以及评价指标体系遵循的原则，建立了以能力、时间、质量、成本、服务、环境、柔性等10类因素组成的综合评价指标体系；最后，提出了一个多指标模糊综合选择与评价模型，根据实际情况建立评价指标体系，从而能达到综合评价与选择合作伙伴的最终目的。

Abstract
    This paper mainly through evaluates the dynamic alliance partners, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system, through the evaluation and analysis of the optimal choice of partners for dynamic alliance.
    First, the dynamic alliance partners overview and analysis of the status quo at home and abroad; Second, given the dynamic alliance partners of the four-stage evaluation process model and evaluation system of three levels, that the dynamic alliance partner evaluation and selection process; Third, the evaluation described the dynamic of the established indicators and evaluation index system to follow the principle, established the ability, time, quality, cost, service, environment, flexible, and other factors consisting of 10 categories of comprehensive evaluation index system; Finally, a multiple indicator fuzzy comprehensive selection and evaluation model, based on the actual situation of the establishment of evaluation index system, so that they could achieve comprehensive evaluation and selection of partners the ultimate goal.
