行政领导者的素质与影响力的研究

领导者在组织中的重要性是不言而喻的。他是一个组织的核心、旗帜和象征。一个杰出能干的领导者,能带领组织走上健康发展的道路;反之,一个平庸无能的领导者,却能直接把一个组织毁灭。一个领导者素质的高低直接影响他们所取得的成绩。古今中外的君主和领袖们,有的成功、有的失败,有伟大、有的平庸,有的流芳百世、有的遗臭万年,这正是领导者素质高低的体现。在当今的时代背景下,国际局势动荡不安,起伏不断,企业间竞争日益加剧。无论从国家层面上,还是从企业方面,领导者的作用都是不言而喻的。本文从新时期行政领导者的素质与影响力的关系角度分析,对如何提高领导者的素质、强化影响力,进行了初步探讨。

Abstract

The importance of leader is self-evident. The leader is the core, flag and symbolize of an organization. An excelent leader is capable of leading the organization into a health development of roads; on the contrary, an imcompetent leader would destory an organization. The quality of a leader influences their performance directly. In all times and in all over the world, someone’s great, their success honors the whole life, and someone’s imcompetent, and their bad things never dies, which exactly reflect the level of their quality.In the current circumstance, the international situation is unstable and the competition between enterprises is getting heating up. At the national level and enterprise level, the role of leaders is self-evident. The paper analyses the relationship between the quality of leaders and influence ,then explores the problem on how to enhance leaders’ quality and strengthen their influence.
