摘  要
    幼儿已有的亲子依恋关系左右着师幼关系的性质,同时师幼关系又会强化或削弱幼儿在与父母的互动中已经形成的自我效能感。教师的职业自觉性和敏感性同样影响着师幼关系的走向,进而影响幼儿自我效能感的发展。教师可以通过建立安全信任的师幼关系、帮助幼儿积累成功经验、充分发挥评价的改善功能三个方面促进幼儿自我效能感的发展。

The impact of self-efficacy with teacher-child relation of child care

Abstract
The child has a parent-child attachment relationship between teacher and children about the nature of the relationship, while David relations division will strengthen or weaken the child in the interaction with their parents in the formation of self-efficacy. Teacher’s professional consciousness and sensitivity of the same impact on the direction of relations between the teacher and children, thereby affecting children's development
of self-efficacy. Teachers can trust through the establishment of the security relationship between the teacher and children, to help child care accumulated successful experience and give full play to improve the functional evaluation of the three aspects of self-efficacy to promote early childhood development.
