高新技术企业国际化模式探讨
【摘要】 在经济全球化以及我国加入了WTO的背景下，我国众多企业特别是高新技术企业，纷纷采取国际化发展战略，在世界范围内与其它同行企业展开激烈的竞争。深圳高新技术企业自上世纪80年代以来就开始进行国际化经营。本文将总结深圳高新技术企业国际化经营的三种主要模式, 即华为模式、TCL模式与长城模式。通过分析这些模式在国际化过程中所遭遇的障碍， 来提出合理建议, 即政府与企业应采取什么措施来帮助我国高新技术企业扫清其国际化过程中的障碍。

Study On Patterns of Shenzhen Hi-Tech Enterprises Internationalization
【Abstract】Under the background of economic globalization and China entering into WTO, many Chinese enterprises, specially hi-tech enterprises, have taken international development strategy and been in competition with other enterprises in the world scope. Since 1980s, hi-tech enterprises in Shenzhen have been trying international operations. This paper will summarize 3 major patterns of Shenzhen hi-tech enterprises internationalization, which are Huawei pattern, TCL pattern and Great Wall pattern. By analysis of obstacles these 3 patterns encountered, reasonable proposals will be given, which are how government and enterprises help Chinese hi-tech enterprises to remove the obstacles in the international process.
