【摘要】:我国汽车业经过了半个世纪的发展,如今已成为了世界汽车生产大国,但我国汽车企业应该如何做才能由生产大国变为制造大国,并继续保持这种持续的快速发展,是每一个汽车制造企业面对的问题,而要想做到这一点,就要提升自身的核心竞争力。本文以核心竞争力理论为指导,根据我国汽车业发展现状,结合日本本田公司的成功案例,从技术研发实力、让顾客满意的营销理念、尊重人才的管理理念三个方面分析了本田公司的核心竞争力,由此对我国的汽车行业今后如何提高核心竞争力提出了自己的看法。

See the development of our country automobile industry from the core competencies of Honda corporation
 
【Abstract】The our country automobile led the development of a century of half already, having already obtained the huge achievement now, becoming the big country of the production of the automobile of world. But remaining of achievement, also exist some problems. How the our country automobile business enterprise do then can resolve these problems, thus continue to keep the fast development, and from produce the big country to change in to make the big country, this is the problem that each automobile manufacturing business enterprise face. To want to attain this, must develop the core competencies. This paper takes the core competencies theories as to guide, passing the research to the successful case example of Honda corporation, analytical its core competencies, put forward the core competencies of Honda from three aspect, namely technique research development, marketing and human resource, and thinking Honda to these three aspect successful integrations and usage is a key that obtains the competitive advantage. Put forward a little own viewpoint to the development of the our country automobile business enterprise.
