完善发电有限责任公司安全管理的对策
摘 要
在电力体制改革及电力市场化程度迅速提高的新形势下，发电企业要想保持和不断提升企业的竞争优势，促进可持续发展，就必须全面提高安全生产管理水平。本文先介绍了安全管理的发展及国内外研究现状，通过作者本人在广东粤华发电有限责任公司五年的工作经验，指出公司设备日常维护不到位、安全意识单薄和技能掌握不到位的安全生产管理问题，并提出了完善设备状态检修制度、落实设备巡查工作和加强培训工作，提高全员素质的改进措施。

Abstract
In the power of the electricity market reform and rapid increase in the level of the new situation, the power generation business in order to maintain and further enhance the competitive edge of enterprises, the promotion of sustainable development, it is necessary to comprehensively improve the level of safety management. This article first describes the development of safety management and research at home and abroad, by the author in Guangdong Yuehua Power Generation Limited Liability Company work experience of five years, pointed out that the day-to-day maintenance of company equipment in place, weak safety awareness and skills to master is not in place the safety in production management issues, and proposed to improve equipment condition-based maintenance system, the implementation of equipment to inspect the work and to strengthen training and improve the quality of the improvements everyone.
