教师在幼儿自由游戏中的参与及指导
摘  要
游戏是自愿、自主、自由、快乐的活动。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》(试行)指出:“幼儿园教育应尊重幼儿的人格和权利,尊重幼儿身心发展的规律和学习特点,以游戏为基本活动。”在近年来的幼儿教育改革中,幼教工作者也十分重视教育观、儿童观的转变,提高了对自由游戏的认识。但教师在对幼儿自由游戏的指导中却表现出了相当的不适应,有些教师在指导幼儿自由游戏时脱离了教育的实质违背了幼儿身心发展的规律和学习的特点。本文通过描述游戏在幼儿发展中的作用剖析教师在幼儿自由游戏指导中存在的一些问题,对教师如何指导自由游戏谈一些自己的观点。

Abstract
Game is a voluntary, independent, free and happy activities. "Kindergarten Education Program guidance" (trial) : "kindergarten education should respect the child's dignity and rights, respect for children's physical and mental development and learning the rules characteristics of a game of the basic activities. "In the early childhood education reforms in recent years, childcare workers also attach great importance to education concept, the concept of children and to improve freedom of the game awareness. But teachers in child care free of the guidance game has shown a considerable gap. Some teachers in guiding children free games from the education material breach of the children's physical and mental development and learning the rules of features . This paper describes the development of the game in early childhood analyze the role of teachers in child care free games guidance of some problems, the teachers how to guide a free game with some of our own.
