【摘要】近年来我国资本市场迅猛发展，尤其在证券市场更是在总价值上突破了国内生产总值，一个新生的经济大国逐渐在强大和发展，但是对于一个只有单边做多的证券市场来说是很危险的。我们在发展中一定要用发展和创新的眼光，更进一步完善我们的证券市场，推出股指期货，形成一个更加有效，公平，富有活力的资本市场。 股指期货是一种金融衍生产品，一个金融衍生工具的推出必然会有它积极和消极的影响，我们必须加深对它的认识和了解，了解国外股指期货的运用和经验，更加有预见性的看到它的推出对我国证券市场的影响。
