5-氨基-2-氯苯磺酸清洁生产工艺研究
摘要:本文通过钯碳催化将重要染料中间体5-硝基-2-氯苯邻磺酸氢化还原为5-氨基-2-氯苯磺酸,通过IR、NMR表征产物。并对反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、溶剂等工艺进行研究,表明最佳的工艺条件是50 ℃下0.1 mol 5-硝基-2-氯苯邻磺酸,0.58 g钯碳催化剂,80 mL无水乙醇作为溶剂,反应时间4 h,收率较高88.4 %。

Green Production Process of 5-Amine-2-Chloro- Benzenesulfonic Acid
 
Abstract: The important dye intermediate of 5-amine-2-chloro-benzenesulfonic acid had been gotten from 5-nitro-2-chloro-benzenesulfonic acid by hydrogenation using Pd-C catalyst. The products were characterized by IR, NMR. And the reaction temperature, catalyst amount, reaction time, solvent were also investigated to show that the optimum reaction condition was 0.1 mol of 5-nitro-2-chloro-benzenesulfonic acid, 0.58 g palladium carbon catalyst, 80 mL ethanol as solvent, reaction time 4 h, reaction temperature 50 ℃. Under this optimum reaction, the yield of 88.4% could be got.
