老龄化背景下社区居家养老服务问题与对策分析
摘要：当今社会人口老龄化形势加剧，老年人口增多使传统的家庭养老面临重大压力，机构养老不堪重负。总结英美等发达国家的成功经验，结合我国的具体国情，发展社区居家养老服务模式是比较能够解决我国目前老龄化问题的出路。但是，我国的社区居家养老服务目前在运行机制、设施、资金等方面还存在一系列的问题，需要进一步改进和完善。

The Problems and Countermeasures of
the Community Home Care Services under the Background
of Population Aging
 
Abstract: Nowadays the situation of the aging population is severe. The aged population increased so rapid that the traditional family is facing significant pressure. The aged caring institutions are overwhelmed. We summarize the successful experiences of Britain and other developed countries, and combine that with Chinese specific national conditions, and find that developing the community home care services can solve our current problems. However, there are a series of questions of our community home care services in the operation mechanism, facilities, funds and other aspects, and which need further improvement and perfection.
