中国传统文化的发展现状及其对策—从教育管理谈起
摘  要
中国传统文化在中国的历史上发挥过极其重要的作用，构成了中华民族的价值、思想体系，此文从汉语汉字、古代文学、古代教育方式等几方面来探讨传统文化的发展，并提出了一些个人观点及见解。但是中国传统文化也不是完全无懈可击的，一方面振兴传统文化的同时，又告诫我们要以一种冷静的态度去对待，不盲目提倡也不刻意抵制，使中国的文化传统也走向现代化，这与我国目前正在建设的社会主义和谐社会、和谐文化同宗同旨。

Abstract
Chinese traditional culture has played an extremely important role in the history of China, and it constitutes the value and philosophy systems of China. This paper will be involved in the development of Chinese characters, classical literatures and traditional education approaches, and further presented my personal viewpoints on it. However, China’s traditional culture is not completely perfect. On one hand we should re-energize our traditional culture; on the other hand we should hold an imperturbable attitude towards it without blind advocating or intentional resistance, which has the same aim with our foundation of the harmonious society and culture at present.
