对农村信用合作社改革问题的思考
摘 要

经过50多年的发展，我国农村信用合作社已发展成为一个有着自身特色的金融组织，在支持农民、农业和农村经济发展中发挥了重要作用，已逐步成为我国农村金融的主力军和联系广大农民群众的金融纽带。但由于其管理体制的不断变化，农村信用合作社出现了很多问题。在近几年，通过一系列的改革，农村信用合作社的现状已有所改观，但仍然存在很多问题。这些遗留的问题仍然在影响着农村信用合作社的发展，解决这些问题已经成为农村信用合作社改革的重中之重。文章通过分析农村信用合作社改革的现状，阐述农村信用合作社在改革过程中存在的问题，提出了对农村信用合作社进行改革的策略建议。

Title: Reflections on the reform of the rural credit cooperatives
 

Abstract
After over 50 years’ development, the rural credit cooperative has developed to a financial institution with its own characters,which has played an important role in the development of farmers,agriculture and the rural economy.The rural credit cooperative has gradually become the leading force of the rural financial institutions in China and the financial connection of the numerous farmers. However, because the changes of the management system,rural credit cooperatives has a lot of problems in recent years.In recent years, through a series of reforms, rural credit cooperatives  had improved, but there are still many problems.These remaining issues are still affecting the development of rural credit cooperatives, to solve these problems has become the top priority of the reform of rural credit cooperatives. In this paper , through analysis of the status of the reform of rural credit cooperatives,the existing problems of rural credit cooperativesin on the reform process are described, a number of rural credit cooperatives reform strategy are put forward.
