 基于流量反馈进给控制的金属带锯床液压系统设计
摘要: 介绍了一种自主设计的全自动金属带锯床的液压系统。设备在工作过程中锯头的上升、下降,锯切材料的夹紧、松开,以及送料,全部在PLC控制下通过液压系统实现。在进给系统的设计中,给出了通过流量反馈控制来调定进给力的解决方案。该锯床锯架采用矩形封闭断面,用于切割各种钢材、有色金属及非金属等的各种类型材(圆形、方形、矩形、角形及槽型等),具有高效、锯缝小、节约材料、可自动控制送料长度、自动计数、操作工人劳动强度低等优点。

The Design of Hydraulic System for Metal Band Sawing Machine Based on flow feedback system
 
Abstract:Introduced one kind of independent design full-automatic metal band sawing machine hydraulic system. The clamping of the feeding blank and the saw cutting are completed by hydraulic pressure system,so is the feed of sawing frame and the feeding movement of the blank. The PLC is used as the control core because the machine’s technical flow is considerable complicated. In order to achieves the adjusting speed when the section’s size or shape of work-piece changed,the flow feedback system are put forward. Metal sawing machine for cutting a variety of steel, nonferrous metals and nonmetallic materials, such as various types (round, square, rectangular, angular and groove, etc.). With high efficiency, small slit cut, saving material, can feed the length of automatic control, automatic counting, operation and low labor intensity of workers.
