深圳房地产价格影响因素分析
【摘要】房地产业是一国国民经济的重要产业，改革开放以来，我国房地产业获得了迅猛发展。正如宏观经济波动一样，世界各国房地产业的发展都不是一帆风顺的。我国的房地产业自20世纪80年代开始起步，在这短短的20年里，也出现了过热和过冷的局面。因此，把握房地产市场价格趋势的变动尤为重要。本文就以2007年深圳房地产市场的变化状况作为考察背景，来分析与研究深圳房地产市场的现状及其价格影响因素，最后提出相应的对策与建议。

The Analysis of Real Estate Price Influencing Factor in Shenzhen
【Abstract】The real estate industry has been a important industry in one country national economy. Since the reform and opening-up policy, real estate industry has obtained the rapid development in our country. Just like the macroscopic economic fluctuation, real estate's industry development is not problem-free in various countries. Our country's real estate industry started from the 1980s, during the short 20 years, it had overheated and the under heating aspect. Therefore, grasps the real estate market price tendency change especially important. This article discusses that Shenzhen real estate market's change condition takes the inspection background analytical data by 2007, analyzes and studies Shenzhen real estate market the present situation as well as its price influencing factor, finally proposed that the corresponding policy and the suggestions.
