醇溶性记号笔墨水的制备与研究
摘要:本论文针对醇溶性记号笔的制备工艺以及性能表征方面进行了系统的研究。利用pH计、表面张力仪、粘度计、激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜、胶体稳定性分析仪、书写划线仪等对所制备记号笔的pH值、表面张力、粘度、粒度分布、形貌、稳定性、书写性能等参数进行了表征。研究结果表明,两种黑色记号笔具有较好的物理性能和书写性能,其粒度分布单一、粘度具有一定的触变性、稳定性较好、400米划线长度无断线、线迹变淡的情况。而蓝色记号笔在相同的制备工艺条件下,粒度分布较宽、稳定性较差、400米划线长度有断线的情况发生,这也是今后工作中需要进一步进行改进的地方。

Preparation and Study on Alcohol-based Maker Ink
 
Abstract: In this paper, the preparation process and property characterization of alcohol-based maker ink was systematically investigated. The pH value, surface tension, viscosity, size distribution, morphology, stability, and writing properties of as-prepared maker ink were characterized in detail by means of pH instrument, surface tension instrument, laser diffraction size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, colloids stability analyzer, and writing scoring instrument, etc. The research results indicated that two kinds of black markers had the excellent physical properties and writing properties. Also, the size distribution was monodisperse, and the viscosity had a very good thixotropy, moreover, the stability was also well. The scratching distance within 400 m of the two kinds of black makers had no line disconnecting and line making light. However, the blue maker prepared by the same process comparing with the black maker was not ideal. The size distribution was wide and the stability was also bad. The scratching distance within 400 m occurred to line disconnecting. The problem needed to further be solved in the future.
