温度敏感透湿聚氨酯树脂的研究
摘要: 以1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段合成了聚氨酯(PU)树脂。通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对其结构进行表征,并测试了透湿率(WVP)。实验结果表明:不同分子量的PEG对DSC和透湿率都有不同影响,PEG分子量小于2000时,并且其透湿量只是随着温度的升高而缓慢的升高。PEG分子量大于2000时,具有智能透湿效果。

Study on polyurethane with Smart temperature-controlled water vapor permeable
 
Abstract: A novel polyurethane(PU) was synthesized, based on 1,4-butanediol (BDO)  and 3-Isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate (IPDI)as hard segments , polyethylene glycol (PEG) as soft segments. The prepared polyurethane was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was showed that when  PEG molecular weight below 2000, the water vapor permeability of  PU as the temperature rised only slowly increased.While PEG molecular weight above 2000,
the PU showed  smart  water vapor permeable properity.
