小学生性格因素与学业成绩的相关性研究
摘要:本文在教育调查的基础上,对小学生性格因素与学业成绩的相关性进行了分析研究,主要研究了平和型、活泼型、固执型、表现型四种性格类型,研究得到:1、小学生性格因素与学业成绩有极其密切的关系;2、四种性格类型学生在总体成绩上均有显著性差异,且固执型学生成绩第一,平和型第二,表现型第三,活泼型最差;3、不同性格类型的学生学业成绩存在显著的年龄差异;4、当前小学生的学业成绩存在明显的城乡差异。研究结果显示小学生性格因素与学业成绩有极其密切的相关性,而当前小学生的性格特点现状颇为严峻,主要表现为以自我为中心,集体意识淡薄。分析四种性格类型学生的学业成绩情况和影响小学生性格形成与发展的相关因素,在自我调节、学校教育、家庭教育、社会影响方面提出相应的建议。
Abstract :In this paper, research and analysis on the correlation of pupils character factors and academic achievement, which on the basis of the investigation in education. It mainly studies four character forms, which are peaceful type, lively type, stubborn type and phenotype, found that: 1, there is an extremely close relationship between pupils character factors and academic achievement; 2, pupils of four character forms have significant difference on overall achievement, and stubborn type is first, peaceful type is second, phenotype is third, lively type is the last; 3, pupils of different character forms whose academic achievement have prominent age differences; 4, the current pupils’ academic achievement have obvious difference between urban and rural areas. The results showed that there is an extremely close relationship between pupils character factors and academic achievement in the primary study, and the current situation of pupils’ characters is quite severe, mainly show that self-centered and collective consciousness light. Analyze the situation of students’ academic achievement of four character forms and the related factors which affect the pupils of character’s formation and development, and put forward the corresponding proposal in self adjusting, school education, family education and social impact.
