太阳雨太阳能公司成立于1999年,在上世纪九十年代末期,企业抓住市场机遇得到了快速发展,成为集太阳能热利用科技研发、制造、销售于一体的业内大型骨干企业。太阳雨太阳能公司从2002年开始拓展安徽市场,但是,由于缺乏完整有效的市场营销策略,其在安徽市场的发展面临着销量增长乏力的瓶颈。在这样的背景下,本文从分析太阳雨公司在安徽市场现有问题出发,运用现代营销管理理论,对太阳雨太阳能公司拓展安徽市场的宏观和微观市场营销环境进行了分析, 在此基础上从营销渠道、营销队伍建设、工程市场和促销策略等方面设计出了太阳雨太阳能公司拓展安徽市场的具体营销策略,以求提高太阳雨太阳能公司在安徽市场上的市场占有率。

Abstract

Sunrain, founded in 1999, in the last century the late nineties, enterprise to seize the market opportunity has been rapid development, a set of solar thermal technology research and  development, manufacturing and sales of large-scale backbone enterprises in the industry. Sunrain enter in  Anhui since 2002 to expand the market, but because of the lack of complete and effective marketing strategy, market development in Anhui Province is facing sluggish sales in the bottleneck. In this context, the paper analyzes the sun from the rain in Anhui existing problems starting the market, the use of modern marketing management theory, Sunrain expand the macro and micro market in Anhui marketing environment analysis, on this basis from marketing channels, marketing, team building, engineering market and promotion strategies, etc. designed a solar shower solar energy companies to expand market in Anhui specific marketing strategy, in order to improve the Sunrain in Anhui market share on the market.
