从“血汗工厂”看企业社会责任——以香港高校对戴尔计算机的联合抵制为例
【摘要】随着中国成为越来越多的跨国企业的生产基地，我们发现，越来越多的血汗工厂事件在我们身边不断的发生。跨国公司在进行生产运作过程中，对企业社会责任的忽视，让我们很痛心，特别是在对待员工的社会责任缺失，更让我们愤怒。这也就给了本文一个研究思路，本文以跨国公司在我国的生产经营活动为实证，研究分析跨国公司的企业社会责任缺失行为，从而引出我国在对企业进行社会活动过程中立法与监督上的不足，以提供解决方案防止这类事件的再次发生。

-----take the Hong Kong universities boycott the DELL computer as an example
【Abstract】With China becoming more and more multinational corporations production base, we found that an increasing number of incidents in sweatshops around us continue to happen. Multinational companies operating in the production process, to the neglect of corporate social responsibility, so we are very sad, especially in the treatment of the social responsibility of the staff loss led to our anger. This also gives ideas in this paper a research paper to multinational corporations in China's production and business activities for the empirical study of multinational corporations’ lack of corporate social responsibility, thus leads to the enterprises in China's social activities in the legislative process and the lack of supervision, to provide solutions to prevent such incidents from happening again.
