论小学教师的语言艺术

摘  要
教师语言艺术是教育艺术修养的一部分。小学教师语言是向小学生表达思想感情和传递知识的重要手段。教师的语言表达能力直接影响着教育效果。小学教师，教育对象是儿童，语言要符合儿童的年龄特征和心理特征。因此，要求小学教师的语言必须清楚明白，科学准确和生动活泼，具有感染力和说服力。在教育和教学中，小学教师要努力使自己口语儿童化，加强语言表达能力的训练，力争做到清晰、准确、科学、符合逻辑，并具有幽默感。

On the Language Arts of Teachers in Primary School

Abstract
The art of teachers' language is a part of the educational artistic accomplishment. The primary school teacher's language is an important means of expressing thoughts and transmitting knowledge .The ability of teacher's language expression directly affects the effectiveness of education. The education objects are children for the Primary school teachers, so the language should be consistent with children's age and psychological characteristics. Therefore, the language of primary school teachers must be clear and understandable, scientific, accurate and lively, with appealing and convincing. In education and teaching, the primary school teacher should enable his own oral language children hard, strengthen the training for the ability of language expression, and strive for clarity, accuracy, science, logic and humorous
