M7120型平面磨床电控系统分析与改造
摘要：本次毕业设计的内容要求主要是分析M7120型平面磨床电气控制系统组成构建，然后利用PLC控制对M7120型平面磨床的电气控制部分进行改造。为了更加清楚的认识和改造M7120型平面磨床的电气控制系统以便解决传统继电器-接触器电气控制系统存在的故障诊断和排除困难，线路复杂等难题。由于PLC极丰富的指令集，极高的可靠性，易于掌握，丰富的内置集成功能，便捷的操作，实现特性，因此，使M7120平面磨床在完成原有的功能特点外，还具有稳定性好、安装简便、易于维修、扩张能力强等特点。

Abstract: The content of this graduation design is mainly required analysis of type M7120plane grinding machine electric control system construction, then the use of PLC control on M7120type planar grinder electric control part of the transformation. In order to more clearly understand and transform of type M7120plane grinding machine electrical control system in order to solve the traditional relay-contactor electrical lines exist in a complex control system, fault diagnosis and rule out the difficulty. Because PLC high reliability, extremely rich set of instructions, easy control, convenient operation, rich built-in integrated function, realize the characteristic, therefore, the M7120plane grinding machine at the completion of the original features, but also has the advantages of easy installation, good stability, easy to repair, expansion capability and characteristics.
