论“一站式”网上审批服务—以佛山市为例

摘要
本文通过对电子政务建设的背景概述，来提出我国发展电子政务以及网上审批服务的必要性和建设意义。借鉴和了解外国以及港台地区的比较先进的网上审批发展经验，可以使我们得到一些启发和新的发展思路。结合我国国情及我国网上审批的发展现状，来探讨佛山市“一站式”网上审批服务可行性及其建设的现状。进而对其发展过程中出现的一些“瓶颈”进行分析，最后提出自己的一些建议。

ABSTRACT

      In this paper, an overview of the background of e-government construction, and to put forward the need for the development of e-government in China and the construction of meaning. Reference and understanding of foreign and Hong Kong and Taiwan more advanced e-government development experience allows us to get some inspiration and new ideas. Combined with the national conditions of China and China's e-government development status, to discuss the status of Foshan City, the "one-stop online approval service feasibility of construction. And thus the development process "bottleneck" analysis, and concludes with some suggestions.
