理念、机制与文化:地方政府“一站式”服务大厅管理的实证研究——以佛山市行政服务中心为例

    我国目前各地政府建立的行政服务中心,是政府有效整合各职能部门职能,为公民提供全程式高效、便捷、公开透明服务的一种行政服务形式。在近几年的实践中,各地推陈出新,将行政服务中心作为一个有形平台,创新服务理念和工作方式,从单一的审批业务到综合性的服务业务,它在满足公民日益增加的公共服务需求、厉行节约行政成本等方面取得了显著的成效。
    本文以佛山市行政服务中心“一站式”服务大厅管理为主要对象,对“一站式”服务大厅管理的理念、机制与文化三个方面展开研究,探究如何更好地发挥服务大厅的服务功能,提高行政服务中心的服务能力,有效提高行政服务中心的应用价值,为全国行政服务中心服务大厅的建设起参考模范作用。

Abstract
