民用建筑工程项目供应链优化建议

【内容摘要】

民用建筑工程项目拖延工期的现象在实际生活中频频发生,由于工期拖延的原因,更可能引发赔偿等一系列问题。导致项目工期延误的因素是多方面的,这其中来自于原材料方面的风险,即原材料短缺问题是其中的一个主要方面。

本文从建筑工程项目原材料供给的角度,通过对建筑工程项目工程原材料由生产方到施工单位所形成的供应链系统进行研究,分析由现存供应链系统的局限所导致的建筑工程项目原材料供应不及时的问题所在,进而基于ERP系统和JIT思想提出优化该供应链的建议。期望按建议改良后的供应链系统可以减少由原材料供应不及时等原因对项目工期的负面影响。

Abstract
Civil engineering projects is the most common and most typical projects types recently.The three objectives of project management including quality goals, schedule goals, cost targets,Therefore, to achieve the objectives of civil engineering project duration, it needs to project a realistic and effective schedule management.Schedule management, meaning that time management for a particular job, to achieve the objective of improving efficiency.Therefore, management of civil construction project duration is aimed at the progress in civil construction projects and time management,to ensure that the quality can be guaranteed under the premise,as far as possible within a reasonable scientific period management, to shorten the time necessary as possible, to avoid or eliminate the dead time in the process of the construction,to improve efficiency,to make the project be completed on schedule,even in advance.
Actually,the phenomenon of delaying duration in civil construction projects occurs frequently,As the reasons for the delay duration, are more likely to lead to compensation and other issues.Duration of the project delays caused by many factors,and we can see the shortage of raw materials is one of the main aspects.
This article make a study from the perspective of raw material supply of the construction project,studying the limitations of the existing supply chain system caused by the supply of raw materials problems in the construction project from works on the supply chain system which formed by by the producers of raw materials to the construction unit in construction projects,and then giving some advice about optimizing the supply chain based on ERP and JIT.Expect that the improved supply chain system can reduce the negative effects on the duration of the project due to supply of raw materials not timely or other reasons.
