从电视报道“湖南益阳唐会酒吧枪击案”看新闻记者的职业素养

面对市场经济环境下的新挑战，新闻媒体所处的环境发生了巨大的变化，这就对新闻记者提出了更高的要求，同时也对一部分新闻记者产生了负面影响，尤其表现在职业素养方面。
本文以新闻学的相关理论为支撑，通过记者对湖南益阳“唐会酒吧枪击案”等一系列青少年犯罪事件报道的研究，针对我国新闻记者在职业素养上面临的问题，提出一些建设性的意见，端正新闻记者对待新闻事件的态度，尤其是正确认识新闻对舆论的导向作用，让新闻记者能够从电视报道“唐会酒吧枪击案”中得到启示。并为提高我国电视新闻记者职业素养提供一些借鉴。

Abstract

Facing the new challenge of the environment in market economy, the news media environment has undergone tremendous changes.In that case,the journalist has put forward higher requirements, but also part of the journalists had a negative impact, especially in the occupation accomplishment.
