企业集团财务公司资金管理问题研究

摘    要
在新的形势下，财务公司的准入门槛放宽，业务经营范围扩大，如何强化其自身的资金管理，增强其竞争力，对财务公司和企业集团乃至整个国民经济的发展都起着至关重要的作用。我国财务公司是产融结合的产物，而且发展历程较短，同时由于多方面的原因，导致当前我国财务公司的资金管理呈现出一系列问题，从不同程度上影响着财务公司的进一步发展。  
有鉴于此，通过分析我国财务公司资金管理中存在的问题，探究影响财务公司资金管理的实际内外部环境，并针对这些问题和原因，拟探讨解决这些问题的对策，对完善财务公司的资金管理具有非常现实的意义，可以为财务公司的健康发展提供强有力的对策支持，发挥财务公司更好的为企业集团服务的功能，同时促进我国现代金融体系的构建和完善。

Abstract
    Under the new situation, the financial company’s admittance threshold relaxation, account executive range extension, how to strengthen its own administration of the fund, strengthens its competitive power, is playing a very important role to the financial company and the enterprise group and even the entire national economy’s development. Finance company is the product of the integration of finance and industry, moreover, the short development process as well as various reasons, causing a series of questions in its administration of the fund, which affect the finance company’s further development from the varying degree.
This article through analyzing the question which in our country Finance Company administration of the fund exists, inquired into the actual internal and external environment that influence finance company’s administration of the fund, and aims at these questions and the reasons, plans to discuss the resolve countermeasure to these the fund, may provide the powerful countermeasure support for the financial company’s healthy development, displays finance company better function serves for the enterprise group, simultaneously promotes modern financial system’s construction and consummation in our country.
