论中小学和谐育人环境的构建


摘要: 中小学是培养全面发展人才的摇篮。和谐的中小学育人环境,不仅有利于素质教育的实施,促进中小学生的全面发展,而且是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。要构建和谐的中小学育人环境,就要形成良好的教学氛围,师生平等对话,互相尊重,以构建“教师为主导,学生为主体”的和谐课堂教学环境;就要开展形式新颖、教育性与娱乐性协调为一体的课外活动,以构建充分发掘和培养学生特长的和谐课外活动环境;就要以全面周全的思想来考虑学校的整体布局,以构建出特色突显、气息浓厚的和谐物态环境和文化环境;就要坚持以人为本的科学发展观,以构建出公平、民主、愉快、宽松的和谐人际环境。

Abstract :The elementary and middle schools raise the full scale development talented person's cradle. The harmonious elementary and middle schools nurture the person environment, can promote the education for all-around development implementation, is advantageous to elementary and middle school students' full scale development, is construct sharmonious social the important constituent. Must construct the elementary and middle schools harmoniously to nurture the person environment, must form the good teaching atmosphere, the equal dialogue, mutually respects, take constructs "the teacher as the leadership, the student is the main body" harmonious classroom instruction environment; Must plan and organizes the form be novel, the education and function ,the coordination is a body, constructs fully excavates and raises the student special skill the harmony extracurricular activity environment; Must by the comprehensive complete thought consider the school the overall layout, constructs the characteristic suddenly to reveal, the breath strong harmony environment and the cultural environment; Must persist humanist science development view, constructs fairly, is democratic, happily, the loose harmony interpersonal environment.
