风险投资与小微企业融资

摘要
小微企业与人民就业、经济增长和社会稳定息息相关，它涵盖了国民经济的主要行业，是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础。但由于规模小、抗风险能力弱等原因，一直以来，税负重、融资难、成本高等问题都大大阻碍着小型和微型企业的发展。近年来，小微企业的发展困境，尤其是融资难问题受到了社会各界的高度关注。2011年10月，国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议，研究确定支持小微企业发展的金融、财税政策措施。新出台的政策措施有助于小微企业走出困境。本文是根据我国当前的小微企业融资现状以及风险投资的现状，以我国小微企业风险投资所存在的问题为切入点，着重研究如何将风险投资与小微企业融资相结合，在此基础上提出促进小微企业如何利用风险投资的具体策略及相应措施。

Venture Capital and Finance for Micro & Small Enterprises
Abstract
Micro and small enterprises are highly relevant to the employment, economic growth and harmony of the society. Micro and small enterprises are the basis of country economy and development of society. However, due to the small size and poor anti-risk capability, the development of micro and small enterprises is effected by the taxation, financing and costing problems. This paper is based on the current financing status of Chinese small and micro enterprises as well as the current situation of venture capital. With the problems of venture capital in small and micro enterprises as the breakthrough point, this paper studies how to finance the micro and small enterprises taking advantage of venture capital, according to which the paper highlights the relevant financing strategies and methods.
