浅析我国司法会计鉴定的若干问题

摘　要：近年来我国经济飞速发展，经济犯罪案件越来越多，对司法鉴定业务的需求也在迅速增长，社会中介司法鉴定机构越来越多地介入了各种诉讼案件中，司法会计鉴定更是近年来介入最迅速的鉴定类别之一。但是，因司法会计鉴定不完善而使经济犯罪案件错审、错判的现象屡屡出现，影响了司法的公正性和严肃性。本文对目前我国司法会计鉴定的现状进行了探讨和分析，并针对司法会计鉴定中存在的主要问题提出了解决对策。

According to the Chinese judicial accounting identification problems

Abstract: In recent years the rapid development of economy of our country, more and more economic crimes, the judicial authentication business demand is also growing rapidly, social intermediary judicial authentication institutions more and more involved in all cases, the judicial accounting identification is the most rapidly in recent years in the type of identification. But, because of the judicial accounting identification not perfect and make economic crimes, the phenomenon of the wrong victimised often appear, the impact of the judicial impartiality and seriousness. This paper discusses the present Chinese judicial accounting identification paper discusses the status quo of and analysis, and in the light of the judicial accounting identification of the main problems existing in the corresponding countermeasure is put forward.
