飞力达2011年度财务报告分析

摘 要：财务分析既是对已完成的财务活动的总结，又是财务预测的前提，在财务管理中起着承上启下的作用。本选题以飞力达国际物流股份有限公司2011年度财务报告为主要数据来源，以其近三年的财务报表为基础，运用所学的财务分析的基本方法，如比较分析法、趋势分析法、比率分析法、杜邦分析法等财务分析方法对飞力达2011年度的经营成果、现金流量和2011年年末的财务状况进行全面分析，同时对飞力达物流所在行业进行分析，并对飞力达进行SWOT分析，诊断出存在的问题，并依据相关财务原理，指出其改进或完善途径或思路。

Analysis and Diagnosis of the Financial Report of Feiliks Co., Ltd. year 2011

Abstract: Financial analysis is not only a summary of the finished financial activities, but the premise of financial projections, is playing the role which links the preceding with the following in financial affairs management. This subject takes the financial report of Feiliks Co., Ltd. year 2011 as the data resource, based on its financial statements for last 3 yeas, applying the basic method of financial analysis, such as comparative analysis method, trend analysis method, ratio analysis, DuPont Analysis to evaluate the operating result, cash flow and the financial position at the end of 2011 of Feiliks Co., Ltd, and analyses the industries within which the firm and its competitors operate, and also commits a SWOT analysis of Feiliks Co., Ltd, diagnoses problems and points its improvement and perfection based on relevant financial principles.
