摘要：本文通过对旅游职业素养的概念和要求进行研究，结合运城学院旅游管理专业进行分析学生职业素养教育的培养方法和途径，培养旅游专业学生的职业素养，提高学生适应未来职业的能力，以满足旅游企业对旅游从业人员职业素养的要求。
