如何盘活企业闲置资产

内 容 摘 要

在现行社会体制下，企业发展过程中存在大量闲置资产，对企业资金运转造成严重影响。文章通过分析，将闲置资产定义为企业中存在的一切可以投资利用到生产运转中，但却未被利用、处于暂时无用状态的资产。并从国家利益角度和企业利益角度分析闲置资产造成的危害，针对资产闲置的原因，如：受体制的影响、指导决策失误、实际工作中的原因。提出通过领导管理的加强、科学技术的带动、资金管理的强化、经营体制的转换、固定资产经营管理体制的健全五个对策来盘活企业闲置资产，使凝固在企业中的资产得到有效运转，达到优化产业结构，促进经济快速发展的目的。

How Revitalize Enterprise Setting Assets Aside

Abstract

Under the present social system, there exists massively leave unused property in the process of the enterprise development, to a great extent, which influence the operation of the enterprise capital. Through the particular analysis of this thesis, defining the leave unused property as the property that in the useless situation temporarily and couldn’t be used in the operation of the production. In addition, the impairment that leave unused property brings is analyzed from the point of view of country and enterprise’s benefit. In terms of the reasons of the leave unused property, such as the influence of the social system, the error in guiding the strategy and some reasons in the practical experiment, we can activate leave unused property by adopting the following strategies: enforce the management of leadership and property, put the science technology in the operation, change the system of operation timely , perfect the management system of the operation of the fixed property, then, the enterprise capital can be used effectively and optimize the structure of the production, and achieve to the purpose of developing the economy rapidly.
