中小企业筹资决策问题研究—以xx珍珠养殖公司为例

摘  要    
    中小企业在促进市场竞争、增进市场活力、推进技术创新、特别是在提供就业机会等方面具有不可替代的作用，从目前各国的情况看，无论发达国家还是发展中国家，中小企业都是经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱。因此，各国政府都十分重视中小企业的发展。然而中小企业在获得发展所需资金的来源上却很难与其在国民经济中所处的重要地位相匹配。由于银行高度商业化及中小企业自身的缺陷，中小企业筹资难这一问题成为了世界性课题。因此，只有详细分析自己的资源优势，拥有核心竞争力，形成企业的鲜明特色，才是企业生存下去的唯一途径。论文将以中小企业筹资问题为研究对象，以中小企业筹资难为出发点，以浙江三下湖珍珠集团股份有限公司为例，从企业筹资困境，企业筹资方式，企业筹资决策这三个角度，深入浅出地探讨我国中小型企业所面临的筹资环境与挑战。在此基础上，论文借鉴了西方发达国家经验，立足于我国实际，通过调查研究提出解决该企业筹资困境中融资难、筹资环境需要改善、员工素质需要提升等问题的一些建议。

Abstract          
Most small-medium enterprises have great function in promoting the market competition, improving the market's vigor, pushing forward the technological renovation, and especially in the aspect of providing the employment opportunity, and which can not be replaced. According to the backgrounds in most counties, not only the developed ones but also the developing ones in which the small-medium enterprises are the essential mainstays In economy development and society stability. Therefore, the governments in every country pay great attention to the development of the small-medium enterprises. However, the development of SMEs in obtaining required funding sources is difficult in the national economy and its important position to match. But due to the highly-commercialized banks and the self-defects of their own, the financing problems for small-medium enterprises has become the world topics. So, medium and small-sized enterprises should analyze the internal advantages, own core-competitiveness, form distinct characteristics. This article takes medium and small-sized enterprises’ financing problem as object of study, takes Zhejiang Mountain Lake Pearl Group Co., Ltd. for example, from the view of financing environment, financing methods, and financing decision, introduced the challenges faced by domestic medium and small-sized enterprises. On this basis, the paper draws on the experience in Western developed countries, based on the reality of our country, through research addressing the plight of the enterprise financing difficulties in financing, the financing environment needs to be improved, employees need to upgrade the quality of some of the recommendations.
