和谐社会视野下我国教育公平问题研究
摘要：公平正义是和谐社会的核心价值。教育公平作为社会公平公正的起点，是构建社会主义和谐社会的基石，为构建社会主义和谐社会提供动力和保障。同时，教育作为社会系统的重要组成部分，在经济社会发展中起着先导性和基础性作用，在构建社会主义和谐社会中必然扮演重要角色。但当前，教育资源分配不均，教育发展不均衡和教育机会不平等等问题比较突出，教育不公平现象正在成为阻碍和谐社会构建的主要社会问题之一。为此，我们必须强化教育公平理念，从制度跟策略入手，坚持科学发展观，积极推动教育公平。

The research of education fair problem in harmonious society
Abstract: The fair justice is the core value of the harmonious society .As the start point of the social justice, education fair justice is the foundation of building the harmonious society, which can provide the harmonious with the power and security. At the same time, as an important part of the social system, education which plays a fundamental role in the economic and society development must be have the significant role in the construction of the harmonious society. But at present, uneven distribution of the education resources, unbalance of the education and inequality of the opportunities for education are be more serious. The phenomenon of the education unfair is one of the main social problems on the way to the harmonious society. Therefore, we must strengthen the idea of the education fair, do the things from the regime and strategy, and insist on Scientific Outlook On Development to promote the education fair.
