小学教师职后培训的现状研究
摘 要
教师素质是影响课程改革的关键因素，而教师素质提高的一个重要途径就是职后培训，本文对小学教师职后培训的基本形式、小学教师职后培训现状、发展趋势进行了论述。并在此基础上提出了城乡小学教师都应得到培训，小学教师职后培训是关系到小学教育事业发展的大事，培训应本着有利于教师专业发展、素质和能力提高的原则进行,应得到有关部门的积极关注。

Abstract
The teacher quality affects the key aspect which the curriculum reforms, after but the teacher quality enhances an important way is the duty trains, this article the fundamental mode, the elementary school teacher duty which trains after the elementary school teacher duty the training present situation, the development tendency have carried on the elaboration. And proposed in this foundation the city and countryside elementary school teachers all earn training, after the elementary school teacher duty training are relate the important matter which the primary education enterprise develops, training should in line with be advantageous the principle which to the teacher career development, the quality and the ability enhances carry on, earn to department condemned’s positive attention.
