库存模型在企业中的应用—以某超市为例
【摘要】随着国际市场的不断发展以及中国市场的进一步开放，中国的零售业得到了前所未有的发展，与此同时也受到了来自外资企业挑战。与世界先进的零售业相比，中国的零售业是刚刚起步的阶段，而物流环节正是制约中国零售业发展的重要因素之一。本文以某连锁超市的具体门店为例，对其现行的库存管理进行探讨和研究，然后根据需求、管理费用等等的预测和确定得来的数据，采用经济批量模型（EOQ）为企业建立合理的库存策略，以实现库存成本的最小为目标，并结合背景企业的实际情况提出合理化的建议。

【Abstract】Developed as well as the Chinese market further opening unceasingly along with the international market, China's retail trade obtained the unprecedented development, at the same time also received has challenged from the Foreign-funded enterprise. Compares with the world advanced retail trade, China's retail trade is the stage which just started, but the physical distribution link restricts one which of important attributes the Chinese retail trade develops. This article take some chain-like supermarket's concrete gate shop as an example, carries on the discussion and the research to its present stock management, then data which according to the demand, the overhead charge and so on forecast and the determination comes, uses the economical batch model (EOQ) is the enterprise establishes the reasonable stock strategy, take realizes the inventory cost slightly as the goal, and unifies the background enterprise's actual situation to put forward the rationalization proposal
