浅析我国金融监管模式的选择
摘 要
随着世界经济全球化的到来，国际金融业也在以更快的步伐向全球化自由化发展。传统的银行，证券，保险等业务之间的界限越来越模糊，金融分业经营已经逐步走向混业，这些变化对于传统的金融监管机制提出了新的挑战，同时，我国自从加入WTO以来，金融业逐步开放，截止到06年底我国的过渡期已经结束，金融业全面对外开放。但是符合我国国情的高效发达的金融监管模式尚未得到完善。因此改革我国现行的金融监管模式，构建高效运作的金融监管模式，是我国金融监管理论与实践中亟待解决的重大课题。本文论述了我国金融监管模式的发展历程和现状，通过对美英两国金融监管模式的分析得到启示，指出现阶段渐进式的改革最符合我国国情，为适应这一改革提出了未来金融监管的具体选择模式。

ABSTRACT
Along with the arrival of the whole world's economics globalization, the international financial industry is also developing to the globalization and liberalization by quicker step. The boundaries among traditional banking, securities and insurance service are more and more fuzzy. The financial minecmanagement has already tended in to the mixecmanagement gradually. All these changes have proposed a new challenge to our traditional financial supervising methods. At the same time, since our country joined in to the WTO, the financial industry has opened gradually. Until the end of last year, the transition-period has already ended and the financial industry has begun its comprehensive opening to the outside world. However, the highly effective financial supervising and managing pattern which conforms to our country's situation has not been established. Therefore, how to reform the present finance supervising and managing pattern and construct an new pattern which can operate more effectively is just the most important issue in our country finance supervising theory and practice .This paper has elaborated the development course and the present situation of our country's finance supervising and managing pattern, and obtained the enlightenment by analyzing the American and Britain finance supervising and managing pattern. At the same time, it points out that, nowadays, gradual reforms are the best choose for china's finance industry. At the end, the paper proposes concrete supervision-Patten for how to supervise the future financial market effectively.
