在华直接投资的整体分析

摘要
改革开放以来，尤其是中国加入WTO以后，我国利用外商直接投资取得了举世瞩目的成就。随着经济全球化趋势的加快，引进外资可以加速资本增跃促进技术进发优化产业结构调整以及增加就业。许多国际经验也表明引进外商投资对于一国经济的发展，尤其是像中国这样的发展中国家的经济起飞和持续发展有着非常重要的意义。在中国加入WTO后，外商在华直接投资的所有权模式越来越倾向于独资化，现在已形成了全国范围内的外资企业独资化趋势。为什么自改革开放至今不到三十年的时间外商投资的所有权会发生如此大的演变?我们该如何解释这种变化?造成这一演变的深层原因是什么?影响跨国公司所有权的因素是什么?其中又有什么影响?这种演变对中国作为外商直接投资的东道国的经济利益实现又会产生什么样的影响?中国政府和企业应当采取什么样的战略来应对这些变化?这些问题成为中国有效利用外资中需要进一步解决的问题。有鉴于此，本文就外商在华直接投资进行一系列的整体分析。

    Direct investment in China's overall analysis
                                Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, especially after China joined the WTO, the utilization of foreign direct investment in China has made remarkable achievements. With the trend of economic globalization speeding up, the introduction of foreign capital can accelerate capital increase jump to promote technology on optimizing industry structure adjustment and increase the employment. Much international experience also shows that the introduction of foreign investment for the economic development of one country, especially as developing countries like China's economic take-off and sustainable development has a very important significance. In China's accession to the WTO, foreign direct investment in China ownership of the model is getting more and more tend to wholly owned, which now has already formed the national within the scope of the foreign capital enterprise individual tendency. Why since reform and opening up less than thirty years since the time of the foreign investment ownership will happen so evolution? How do we explain this change? Cause the evolution of the deep reasons?  Influence factors of the multinational company ownership is? Among them and what effect? The evolution of foreign direct investment to China as the host of the economic interest realization and from what kind of impact? The Chinese government and enterprise shall take what kind of strategies to deal with these changes? These problems to become effective use of foreign capital in China need to further solve the problem. In view of this, this paper foreign direct investment in China in a series of whole analysis.
