本文的主旨是通过追踪ERP中的库存管理思想和技术方法的沿革，并结合现代企业管理的先进思想对ERP中库存管理业务流程进行探析，以求揭开ERP的神秘面纱，使更多的人了解ERP所蕴含的先进管理思想与功能技术。本文从介绍制造业基本方程开始，沿着基本MRP，闭环MRP和MRPⅡ的发展历程，对MRP系统的数据处理逻辑、处理过程和引入能力需求计划的闭环MRP的系统流程，以及集成了财务会计职能的MRPⅡ的系统流程进行了描述；在此基础上对ERP中库存管理的业务流程和其先进性进行了探析；最后在结束语中给出笔者对ERP的认识。

Abstract：The substance of this paper is to reveal the mystic veil of ERP through tracing the evolution of the inventory management’s ideas and methods in ERP and combining the contemporary advanced management ideas to find out the business procedures of inventory management in ERP, to make more people known the advanced management ideas ,the functions and the techniques contained by ERP. This paper start with Manufacturing industries prime equation, along the development course of MRP, Closed loop MRP and MRPⅡ,describing the data processing logic and course, the basic procedures of Closed loop MRP and MRPⅡintegrated the function of financial accounting .Basing on the above description, to find out the business procedures of inventory management in ERP and its advantage. At last bringing forth author’s knowing about ERP in the end.
