上市公司股权结构对企业绩效的影响分析--以医药行业为例

摘 要：在现代金融领域中，股权结构是企业治理的关键，它通过影响企业治理效率，进而影响企业绩效。一直以来，金融领域探讨的热点话题之一就是如何配置有效的股权结构来提高企业绩效。但是由于受到各种条件的制约，理论界对于这一问题至今尚未达成共识。因此研究股权结构对企业绩效的影响仍具有一定的理论价值和实际意义。本文通过理论和实证分析，研究了股权结构对企业绩效的影响，对改进企业治理，提高企业效率提供了依据。

The Impact of Ownership Structure on Firm Performance of Listed Companies
—In the pharmaceutical industry as an example

Abstract： In the field of modern finance, the ownership structure is the key to corporate governance, by affecting the efficiency of corporate governance, thereby affecting enterprise performance. All the time since, financial domain hot topic of discussion is how to configure effective equity structure to improve enterprise performance.However, due to constraints of various conditions, the theoretical circles for this issue has not yet reached a consensus. Therefore, the impact of ownership structure on firm performance still has some theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, thetheoretical and empirical analysis to study the impact of ownership structure on firm performance, and provides a basis for improving corporate governance, improve business efficiency.
