工业地产物业管理分析—以北京茂华物业管理公司为例

摘要：物业管理这几年随着房地产业的发展也蓬勃兴起，工业园区的建设在发达地区的发展对于城市的城市化、工业化发挥着重要作用，而工业地产的管理对于工业地产的价值起重要作用，因此这对于物业管理企业提出了更高的要求，也是物业管理发展的方向与趋势，本文通过分析茂华工场进行分析，找出其存在的问题，并提出建议。使其在竞争日益激烈的市场处于不败之地。

Analysis of property management of industrial real estate

Abstract: With the development of real estate industry, property management is enjoying a boom these years. The construction of industrial park in developed regions plays a very important role in the development of city's urbanization and industrialization. The industrial real estate management plays a key role in industrial real estate value. Therefore, it requires higher request for property management enterprises and is also the direction and tendency of the development of property management. This paper analyzes Mauhwa workhouse and finds out the existing problems, further puts forward some suggestions, in aiming to hold an invincible position in the increasingly.
