加大财政支持力度解决农民看病难看病贵问题

农民看病难看病贵问题一直是社会关注的重点。在广大的农村，医疗保障体系基本上处于“空白地带”。疾病，像一把利剑挂在农民兄弟的头上，“看病难、看病贵”是目前中国农村比较普遍的现象。“十一五”时期，我国经济社会转型过程将进一步加剧，要使这一转型能够平稳推进，整个社会需要构建严密而可靠的安全网。因此，农民的医疗卫生问题已经远远超出了问题本身，解决农民的看病难，不仅仅是尊重农民起码的生存权的问题，更是建设公平、公正的和谐社会的必然要求。本文分析农民看病难看病贵现状，从药品、医疗人员、医疗机构、医疗人员、医疗保障制度等方面探讨农民看病难看病贵的原因，然后从规范药品管理、农村医疗设施建设、农村合作医疗、保持公立医院的公益性等方面分析解决农民看病难看病贵问题，并提出相应的解决对策。
