酒店实习生满意度调查研究

摘 要

在如今21世纪中，随着世界经济的蓬勃发展，酒店业就如雨后春笋一般地遍地开花，越来越多的酒店集团选择在我们这个国家落户，像洲际集团，希尔顿集团，喜达屋集团，香格里拉集团等等，而且还有个大小城市的本地酒店的陆续开张，从一开始的向一线城市发展，到现在逐步向二，三线城市发展，可见，酒店业前景一片美好。本论文将会深层地去了解酒店实习生满意度，通过调查问卷的研究方法，深入了解影响酒店实习生满意度的因素，包括社会，酒店自身，个人等3个因素，从而解决问题，找出提高满意度的对策，使以后实习生在酒店有个良好的发展前景，也使酒店逐步改善对实习生的一些做法，使实习生和酒店达到一个相互共赢的地步。

Abstract

Now in twenty-first Century, along with the rapid development of the world economy, the hotel industry like bamboo shoots after a spring rain generally blossom everywhere, more and more hotels group selection in our country to settle down, like the intercontinental group, the Hilton group, Starwood, Shangri-La group and so on, but also the size of the city local hotels have opened, from the beginning to the first-tier cities development, now gradually to the two, the three line of the city, visible, the hotel industry a better future.This paper will deeply to understand the hotel internship satisfaction, through the questionnaire research method, insight into the impact of hotel internship satisfaction factors, including social, the hotel itself, personal and other 3 factors, so as to solve the problem, improve satisfaction measures, so that after the internship in the hotel has a good development prospect, also make the hotel improvement on intern practice, make the intern and hotel reached a mutual win-win situation.
