我国上市公司大股东侵害的表现形式及对策

摘要
大股东掠夺是指大股东为了自身利益、利用其控制地位或信息优势转移公司资产、损害公司整体利益尤其是中小股东利益的不良行为。本文是在阅读了我国上市公司大股东侵害的现状以及一些公司的实例，并在论述大股东侵害的手段及危害的基础上结合已经研究得到的成果，进一步探讨有效的建议与措施。

ABSTRACT
Large shareholder expropriation means major shareholder is for their benefit, the use of controlled status or information advantages to transfer company assets and expense of the company and the overall interests, particularly the interests of the bad behavior.
