摘要我国中小企业的财务管理存在着融资困难、财务控制薄弱、管理模式僵硬、财务人员综合素质较低等问题。然而由于地理环境、政府政策等原因，广东的中小企业的财务管理也存在着一系列的问题。本文通过分析深圳金证科技股份有限公司，得出广东中小企业的财务管理存在着融资方面的问题，投资管理的问题，营运资金方面的问题，企业财务信息化水平有待提高的问题，技术创新资金缺乏的财务管理问题。为了更好地解决这些问题，管理者须从政府、市场和企业自身三方面入手。关键词：中小企业；财务管理；问题；对策Guangdong SME F

ABSTRACT
There exists many problems in small and medium-sized enterprise financial management such as financing difficulties, weak financial control , stiff management mode, as well as low quality comprehensive financial personnel in the country. However, due to the geographical environment, policy and other reasons, the financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises of guangdong also exist a series of problems. Through the analysis of Shenzhen Jinzheng technology Co., Ltd,there exists problems in guangdong small and medium-sized enterprise financial management as financing,investment management and operating funds.There are also many problems in how to enhancing enterprise financial informatization level,as well as lack of technology innovation fund in financial management.It is better to solve these problems from the government, market and enterprise's three aspects.
