浅析董事会独立性与投资者保护

摘要
    改革开放30多年来，我国经济迅速发展。伴随着股份制企业的建立与发展，公司治理各类问题层出不穷。其中，投资者（尤其是中小投资者）保护问题更是备受各界瞩目。本文从董事会独立性的角度，对董事会独立性对投资者保护可能产生的影响作一个粗浅的分析，并对如何提高董事会独立性、加强投资者保护提出自己的建议。

Independence of Board of Directors and Investor Protection
 ABSTRACT
30 years of reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development. With the establishment of joint-stock enterprises and development of various corporate governance issues abound. Among them, investors (especially small investors) protection is the subject of much attention. From the perspective of board independence, the independence of the board of directors on the possible impact of investor protection to make a simple analysis, and how to improve board independence, strengthen investor protection put forward my own proposals
