关于企业集团财务管理体制的探讨

摘要
随着经济全球化和高新技术的发展，新经济时代的来临，企业集团这种新型企业组织形式正在蓬勃发展，且在我国经济发展中占有重要地位。虽然如此，企业集团在我国的发展过程中也出现了大量问题。其中，处于企业集团核心管理地位的财务管理与企业集团财务管理要求、我国经济发展现状等不相适应是导致企业集团经济效益低下的主要原因。本文将结合现今我国企业集团财务管理体制各方面的实际情况，从企业集团财务管理体制的理论、我国企业集团财务管理体制存在的问题以及如何选择恰当的财务管理体制这几个方面进行探讨和研究，以此来引起企业集团各管理层对财务管理体制的重视，进而提高企业集团的经济效益。

About Enterprise Group Financial Management System Discussion
ABSTRACT
    With the globalization of economy and the development of new high technology and the advent of new economic era, business group the new enterprise organization form is booming, and plays an important role in China’s economic development. Even so, enterprise group in the development of our country in the process also appear a lot of problems. Among them, in enterprise group core management status of financial management and enterprise group financial management requirements, our country economy development does not adapt is causing the economic benefit of enterprise group low main reason. This paper will combine the current system of enterprise financial management aspects of the actual situation, from the enterprise financial management system theory, China's enterprise financial management system problems and how to select appropriate financial management system to explore and research these areas, so as to cause the management of enterprise groups, the importance of financial management system, thereby increasing the economic benefits of enterprise groups.
