技术性贸易壁垒对珠三角农产品出口的影响及对策分析

摘要
   广东省是农产品出口大省，中国加入WTO势必对珠三角农业发展产生重要的影响。近几年来，我国的农产品出口屡屡遭遇国外技术贸易壁垒，而国外农产品则不断占领国内市场。
    本文通过介绍技术性贸易壁垒的概念、主要特征和表现形式，结合珠三角农产品出口的出口贸易现状、主要出口珠三角农产品并归纳总结了珠三角农产品遭遇的技术性贸易壁垒的种类，从而有针对性地使对农产品技术性贸易壁垒的认识较为完整和具体化。运用经济学理论，客观分析技术性贸易壁垒对珠三角农产品贸易造成的消极影响和积极
影响。在借鉴发达国家经验和充分尊重珠三角实际情况的基础上，系统、有针对性地提出了珠三角农产品技术性贸易壁垒的战略对策。

Technical trade barriers on agricultural exports in the Pearl River Delta and Countermeasures
Abstract
Guangdong Province is the largest province of agricultural exports, China's accession to the WTO is bound to have an important impact on agricultural development in the Pearl River Delta.
