论珠三角地区中小企业融资困境及对策

摘要
改革开放以来，我国的中小企业获得了显著发展，并在国民经济发展中的地位与日俱增。但在当前，中小企业碰到了融资难的发展瓶颈，引起了社会的广泛关注。在后金融危机为主调的全球经济背景下，要解决好中小企业融资难的问题，就要先从公司内部资源整合出发，利用有限资源盘活企业现金流；再从外部环境入手，金融机构要改善对中小企业的金融服务，建立专为中小企业提供融资服务的金融机构；政府加大在企业融资环境中的作用，建立有利于中小企业融资的政策机制。我从中小企业本身.商业银行.宏观环境三个方面对中小企业融资难进行分析，找到一条适合中小企业发展的融资道路。

 Discussion on difficult financing situation of Small & medium private enterprises and Its countermeasure in the pearl river region  ABSTRACT
Ever since the reform and opening up, China’s small & medium-sized enterprises have made A significant development . meanwhile increasing the status of national economic。but ,currently, small & medium-sized enterprises encounter the bottleneck for development that difficulties in financing .which caused widespread concern in society. considering the current context that the post-financial crisis acts as dominating tone affecting global economic ,to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized private enterprises , we should start with the integration of internal resources from small & medium-sized private enterprises to use limited resources for revitalizing the corporate cash flow. Then starting from the external environment ,The finance institutions have to improve finance services for small & medium-sized private enterprises. And establishing well-organized financial institutions specializing in providing a matched-up financing services to small and medium-sized private enterprises. The government should strengthen its role in the corporate finance environment ,And establish a policy-oriented mechanism which is applied to small & medium-sized private enterprises. Analyzing difficulty of small & medium-sized private enterprises in financing based on three aspects that small & medium-sized private enterprises themselves .commercial banks. Macro-environment as so to find one suitable road in financing for the development of small & medium-sized private enterprises .
